I contacted sofa.com under the 10 yr warranty for the frame. They were quick to send a sub-contractor out to take a look. Sadly the fault was worse after his visit.

Apologies for this inconvenience, unfortunately we don't have any contact details to call or email you so this would really be the best way to proceed. I have called more than 15 times and mails, visited home centre store as well. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review.

Also, despite the sofa being stain protected, some strange marks have appeared on it. They look like stains, but I haven't spilled anything on it. It's almost as if the dye has reacted to something and degraded. It's out of its warranty period so I think my only option is to either buy new covers or to get rid of it.

I had ordered online these really expensive dinner plates costing Rs 700 per plate. The plates came packed nicely but were old, dirty and full of grime. The golden line on the plates were faded as if someone had used the plate.
I took measurements of my door and sofa. I was promised that the sofa will be dissembled and will go through the door. They were very inflexible about delivery times and the sofa was not dissembled. They dissembled on site and wouldn't go through the door, but easily through the window. They refused to help the builders on site to just lift it up, for insurance reasons. The arrogance and rudeness was shocking!

I have received several promises that my table would be delivered. It’s a part-time job dealing with my order. Then you have to be very careful when it comes to stains .

I called the store and was told that is my problem and incredibly unhelpful about options. All they care about is getting your money, once that, you are at their mercy. Ordered a king size bed online and they delivered the wrong dimensions of the bed’s parts. When I raised a ticket, they told me they would send the replacement parts after 10 days.
What’s the point of scheduling an order on a particular date when they are so negligent? Never trust their promised delivery dates and they send the wrong parts if you order a bed from here. Having said that, we do fully appreciate how frustrating it is to run into issue likes this upon delivery. Due to the risk of damaging your property or injuring themselves, our drivers cannot deliver our sofas through windows.
We have had to cancel Christmas at our house as I have nowhere to sit my aging mother and father in-law. I recommend they seriously need to look at their service failure process. We are heading back to John Lewis.... Unfortunately for us their demand is high so they don't need to react.
