I have received several promises that my table would be delivered. It’s a part-time job dealing with my order. Then you have to be very careful when it comes to stains .

Thank you Eptihad from customer support team. I've had two sofas from Sofa.com and both have problems. One in a rental flat, one in my own flat, bought in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
When you call, please ask for the email address for our after-sales team. You can then email all the pictures and details to us so we can take a further look into this for you. The Stella is one of our most popular sofa designs and the feedback from our customers over the years has been overwhelmingly positive. The warranty on your sofas has long passed but we will certainly do our best to help as much as we can.

As much as I’d like to, I can’t dispute that keeping the spill and stain nightmares aside. If I ever to go with a fabric sofa ever, I would choose this one. The length is perfect for a mid-day nap. Add a few bright textiles to work around this neutral coloured sofa.

However, we felt it only prudent to highlight that a replacement bed in this same fabric will likely have these same slight irregularities. I'm very sorry but we have not received this message. To avoid any further confusion, please can you visit our UK website and complete an online contact form? This will come through directly to us so we can pick this up.
Bad decision of stoping services for out of warranty products
Going to the store directly and then trying different options gets confusing for me from a style and colour perspective. So I feel this works better as I get to see around the house and then narrow down on colour choices. All the boys care about is the comfort of a recliner and yes, even the child has an opinion! After a year of procrastination, I would like to make the most of the sale season now that I call the genuine sale.
Also, despite the sofa being stain protected, some strange marks have appeared on it. They look like stains, but I haven't spilled anything on it. It's almost as if the dye has reacted to something and degraded. It's out of its warranty period so I think my only option is to either buy new covers or to get rid of it.

We have had to cancel Christmas at our house as I have nowhere to sit my aging mother and father in-law. I recommend they seriously need to look at their service failure process. We are heading back to John Lewis.... Unfortunately for us their demand is high so they don't need to react.
We ordered a two & a half seat sofa and loveseat from The Emily range in Ash soft wool from Sofa.com. When the sofas were delivered, we noticed there was a strong smell coming from the covers. We initially thought it was because the sofas had been wrapped up while in transit and just needed time to breath.

Sofa.com has tried to rectify the situation but are mainly unhelpful and many deliveries later, still haven't corrected the situation. I would suggest Sofa.com be sympathetic to customers who have similar experiences to mine and improve the process in place for managing unhappy customers. I purchased bedroom set from Home Center Abu Dhabi. Bed frame has broken in 7 months time.
